Description: This 180 m² house perfectly combines the use of wood with more conventional materials featuring thermal insulation to prevent heat gain and maintain a constant interior temperature. It also integrates high ceiling heights with ventilation openings in the front and rear facades to ensure proper airflow. The wood used is 20-year-old teak to ensure maximum quality. Lattice was used as an alternative to glass to avoid the greenhouse effect and minimize bird collisions with windows.
