Description: This house was conceived based on principles of simplicity and beauty. The design honestly responds to climatic variables such as high precipitation, high temperatures, and relative humidity. The spaces are characterized by their readability, large amounts of natural light and ventilation, and a clear intention to highlight the teak and bitter cedar wood used in the flooring, doors, and moldings. Building this wonderful home was quite a challenge due to its remote and difficult access location, which we are well accustomed to.
