Description: This project, comprising 4 houses for staff and a warehouse, is a clear example of simplified but efficient and functional design. Large heights with ventilation openings are used to promote air circulation, increase natural light, and create a sense of space. The houses were built with a standardized system of prefabricated concrete blocks to minimize waste. Waste was periodically sorted and managed, eventually being channeled to recycling and recovery centers. The project includes 3 houses of 80 square meters, one of 90 square meters, and a warehouse of 65 square meters.
