Casa Guanabana

Description: This house, built with a combination of Convintech panels (cement-coated styrofoam panels), teak wood, and metal, integrates a minimalist and efficient design. The roofs and ceilings are high to allow hot air to escape, and the vents allow the house to breathe when unoccupied. The floor was finished with a microcement finish at the client’s request. It also features a photovoltaic panel system and a solar water heater. The spaces are spacious, with large openings for natural ventilation and lighting.
