Based on the basic principles of sustainable development—social, economic, and environmental components—Batsú's design philosophy is articulated. From a design perspective, functional, efficient alternatives are managed, anticipating a smooth and efficient construction process.
This is achieved through the implementation of management tools such as Lean Management and Just in Time. From a construction perspective, processes are constantly evaluated to correct errors, documented, and discussed for continuous improvement.
During the construction phase, waste is periodically sorted and directed to appropriate destinations. Waste is reused, recycled, and recovered as much as possible, contributing to reducing the footprint of each project on the context. Economically, costs are reduced through material reuse, waste reduction, and constant evaluation of collaborators' performance. Socially, and using Lean Management as a reference, a context of tolerance and cooperation among collaborators is fostered.
